The account in question which was deleted with all posts was deleted because it contained hundreds of rule-breaking posts. If there were a few posts in there that were not rule-breaking (ignoring the fact that they are inherently rule-breaking since they were made by a user who was previously banned), I do not have the time to sort through these posts one-by-one. That's ridiculous.
If the banned person in question keeps coming back and trying to force his crap onto my computer even though I have told him not to send his things to my computer, by which I mean posts, then that will lead to stricter rules on new members that will negatively impact discussion and reduce the ability of new members actually willing to follow the rules to join.
