Humans-Only Club for Discussion & Debate
A one-of-a-kind oasis of intelligent, in-depth, productive, civil debate.
Topics are uncensored, meaning even extremely controversial viewpoints can be presented and argued for, but our Forum Rules strictly require all posters to stay on-topic and never engage in ad hominems or personal attacks.
Please post all introductions in this forum. Tell us how you found the philosophy forums, what interests you about philosophy, and a little about you, such as your age, where you live, what you do for a living, etc.
I am searching for meaning in my life. This is why I am studying philosophy. I am leaning more toward understanding more on Absurdism (even though I said I am looking for answers to life, which doesn't really provide that in a sense but I am still interested in it) and Buddhism. As well as Moral Ethics. That is my cup of tea.
Hello from Canada by the way!
P.S: I have been self-studying philosophy since 2015 and I hope to gain more insight and discuss with you all about philosophy.

Hopefully your search is being fruitful, but worst case scenario, where are you in life? Working? Retired? In school? Family? Kids? Single?
