Is it moral or immoral to boss people around? I would think of it as immoral, but isn't morality just people telling each other what to do. Like, "You should do this!" and so on. What do you think?

The question of morality does not rise from the bossing; it rises from the content of the bossy person's instruction. It would rise, for instance, when I get heavy pressure and urgent advice from the evangelist on Saturday morning and the drug pusher or pimp on Saturday night.

I don't see immorality with respect to the bossiness we commonly get from nosy neighbors, domineering spouses, and over-friendly friends, They may be, and usually are, guilty only of using poor judgement and bad manners.
