I'm a little late to the party but I'd like to join and start. Now I must check which books to start with. I cannot wait!

Thank you for your list. At the moment, I am reading your book. I would add the books by Sir Richard Branson, particularly his first one.

I have read just two. I have to put these in my library . I hope I will like them as much as I like "in it together" life is too short to spend it reading bad books.

Thanks so much for the recommendations!

I enjoyed reading most of the books you listed. Natural Relief was my favourite and I loved all the natural remedies.

Hi Scott,
Is there an audio version of "In it together?" If not, I'll be very excited if you can get it in audio format immediately. I would like to listen to it always when I'm in the car or sleeping. Even though, I like reading non-audio books. But "In it together" is ineffable. As for the reading list, I have read most of them and I will check the rest of them. They are powerful books.
Thank you scott for suggesting these books.💖

Scott, Having read and reviewed Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Dr. Gustavo Kinrys, MD, I can say that this is a very good book for your mentees to read. It explains the origins of anxiety and stress and how we can control it with various natural remedies. There are many choices that one can start with. If none of these remedies work, then it is a sign that one may need to seek professional help or consult with a trusted family member or friend. Have a great day!
