I believe that many people walk around with a facade, trying to put on the appearance of peace, tranquility, and joy, but inwardly they struggle to keep it together. This is why so many people end their own lives when their close friends have no idea they are even struggling. I do believe that we can achieve inner peace but that comes when we are ready to surrender it all for the greater good. People carry around things that weigh them down, like a ball and chain. But to achieve true inner peace, they must be willing to let go of the weight. For example, unforgiveness, their own desires, pride, hate, greed, the need to please others, and the need to beat themselves up. Inner peace is possible but it comes with a price. The cost is cheap, but few will find it because they are not willing to totally surrender.

There is nothing like having peace of mind. Going to bed knowing that you are not indebted to anyone or anything. It is beautiful

In "In It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us All," Eckhart Aurelius Hughes asserts that invincible inner peace is achievable by recognizing our interconnectedness and embracing our true selves. By transcending superficial differences and fostering compassion, we tap into a profound, enduring tranquility that withstands life's challenges.

Yes, invisible inner peace is possible. Inner peace is a state of mind and a feeling that can be present even in the midst of chaos or challenging circumstances. It is not always visible to others, but it can be felt deeply by the individual experiencing it.

I really think having inner peace requires a lot of effort. I believe different people have different experiences as for me I think outward peace is what rhymes with my life.

Invincible inner peace is very much possible. This inner peace often reflects on the outer. This is why there are times I've got this invincible peace and calm inside of me even when it seems that my life is in shambles. Outer peace on the other hand, is not a guarantee. If it's not a reflection of one's inner peace, then it could be deceiving.

For a lot of years, I could exude outer peace while being a complete wreck inside. Thankfully I have spent the past few decades working on achieving inner peace and can now give a presentation in front of a crowd without feeling my heart race. Achieving inner peace takes consistent work and a lot of self-reflection. It is worth every second we put into it.

A lot of us, including me, can look peaceful on the outside, but it's much harder to feel that way inside. It’s not that finding inner peace is impossible; it’s just more challenging than simply calming down physically.

It's important to remember that inner peace is a personal journey, separate from external circumstances. Just because things on the outside are chaotic doesn't mean I can't find tranquility within.

I totally agree. If there's a storm inside you there's no way you can handle what's around you. Before you solve others or other problems, deal with your own, or better said: Deal with you.
