There's a partial solar eclipse reaching its maximum in about half an hour here. I've dusted off my old 2017 eclipse viewing glasses to have a look. Only 20% of the sun will be eclipsed, but it's still an excuse to stand in the carpark for a few minutes.

. Since I leant my eclipse glasses to everybody I work with so they could have a look, I hope so too. Otherwise we might have a localised Day of The Triffids type problem.
