I think it was my kids who first introduced me to that Mr Trololo song. I love it.

Ah, Julie Driscoll (later Julie Tippett, IIRC), Brain Auger and the Trinity! Was that footage from Top of the Pops? If it was, I must've seen it at the time. Art Deco? I think we called it Pop Art then, and used the word "psychedelic" at least ten times in every sentence.
The Zappa video is from 1976, two years before he toured the UK, and I saw him in Manchester. After the band had played (exactly) two hours, Frank announced that they had "fullfilled their contractual obligations", but they would be staying to jam for a while, and we were welcome to stay and watch if we wanted to. They played another hour of amazing music. Frank himself played little; he conducted the band. He had an amazing young punk lady playing lead guitar; she was as incredible as Frank's musicians always were. An incredible gig.
The 1960s had a sort of neo-deco revival but this, I would say, is more towards the psychodelic genre.
Deco is most noteworthy for its geometry

I love the receding eye effect in the Julie Driscoll video.
I wonder if there will be a large surge of artistic creativity in 2020 due to Covid-19 lock-down. My own small contribution has been to design a mosaic tile patterned garden table and to build a shed.
