Yeah, me and one other guy back in 7th grade were listening to Persistence of Time. Funny thing - he ended up spinning acid techno later, around the same time I was trying to figure out how to live PA tech-trance.

Thanks for this one! I suppose in Portuguese sodade must be close to saudade, a type of nostalgic feeling, but not exactly nostalgy.

Been listening to this group off and on since 2011 or so (ever since Stray dropped 'Perfection' in a radio mix), Kites IMHO really marked the maturity of their sound.

Aznavour! Good choice. Top cheese. I love those fricative french r's. I've never got the hang of them myself.
