When faced with decision paralysis, consider that if the options are causing significant difficulty in choosing, the potential outcomes might be similar or have minimal impact on the overall situation. By recognizing that certain choices may not have a substantial difference in outcome, you can ease the pressure on yourself and make a decision with more confidence. This mindset allows you to prioritize and allocate energy to decisions that truly matter.

Now I see that what is most valuable is time, not the actual decision that is needed to be made. Saving time and just going ahead with one of the choices is the tea.

I used to have decision paralysis because I wanted to please everyone and be liked by them so I could never decide what I wanted, until I stopped caring about them all together, I just said what I wanted or what I wanted to do and if others disagreed then they could but at least my opinion was out there. That garnered me a lot more respect and notice and I'm usually the one who now helps guide situations and people

It is good to see an interesting contrast between happy and unhappy people in relation to decision-making. Those with abundant resources (time, money, etc.) often struggle more with decision paralysis, leading to unhappiness and wasted resources.

DECISION PARALYSIS

Indeed, most people experience decision paralysis in their daily lives. They are slow to make certain decisions. Sometimes, it takes hours or days. These are things that could easily be decided when looked at as a coin , figuratively or literally. Such simple matters should be handled in minutes or seconds, so that valuable energy will be avalaible for other things.

Life is quite very simple. People spend lots of energy on what doesn't matter. This energy could be spent where it really matters, like in how, 'not' on 'what' amidst almost equivalent options

The tip for decision paralysis is that we grow up with the state aware and unaware. We avoid taking charge of our situation and are aware but unaware of that state we give in without deciding to prevent success. if you take charge then it becomes valuable time not wasted.

Most of our decisions in life are meant to be made quickly, and wasting precious mental energy on such frivolous things is unnecessary. We should be able to decide whether decisions should be made spontaneously or with great deliberation. We should only spend our energy on important decisions.

Very much soothing for me in case it is not possible to decide within reasonable time. Nice thing that if it is hard to decide then ignore the matter.
