For me, Spiritual liberation can only be achieve by connecting to a higher being. Which ever being you want to connect to. ME, I like connecting with God to achieve His purpose for my life. I gets direction from Him always.

I think that the phrase should and ought is used for warnings and procrastination. I do not fancy the words so I do not use them. The phrases are also used for judgemental purposes.

Reading this post gave me some more clarity on the subject.

I don't think I'm at a point where I can say such concepts like should and ought do not exist, but I see how they can hinder self-discipline when it comes to getting things done.

What a way to look at things!! If I can fully incorporate this mindset into my lifestyle, I think it'll be a game changer.
