The energy you'd need to fight can be channelled to better things. Accepting helps us refocus on things that are important. I wholeheartedly agree that there is great power in peacefulness and acceptance. Who has restlessness ever helped? It takes from the little energy we have and oftentimes helps no one.

On its own, I still grasp the concept. Maybe because I understand the meaning behind it or because I read the book but I still think it's something that anyone who thinks deeply about can perceive.
