Maybe not.
If what I see is more to the past relative to you, then, time is moving backward, otherwise I will see the present or the future rather than more to the past.
So because what I am seeing is more towards the past relative to you, so, time is flowing backward for me to see more towards the past, otherwise I will see the same moment of time as you, not more to the past.
But your question is: If time flows backward, then, what determines a time that is flowing backward? If time flows backward, then, what about the girls who need to go to school. If time flows backward, what about the aeroplanes that need to fly and what about the president of USA that is going to make a speech tomorrow evening. What is going to happen?
Well, this is why I say that the time that is able to flow backward is relative time. There are many relative times, such as the time in Tokyo, the time in London, the time in Mars and so on. All of these relativies times are individual in nature, so relative time is also individual time.
But there is an universal time that is flowing forward that is recording all the individual times, where some times flow to the past while other times may flow to the east, north, west, south or any other direction.
So this absolute universal time is constantly flowing forward, and it is this time that is recording that individual time that is flowing backward. This way, I do not feel any contradicition, where the president of USA going to make a speech tommorow evening can still do it, because there is an sbolute universal time that is constantly moving forward, while having many other individual times where some times may move backward while other times move in other direction or directions?
Is there any question?
