Your view on this subject offers a compelling and liberating framework for understanding human experience. By disentangling the concepts of difficulty and choice, you've illuminated a powerful truth: our challenges are often rooted in perception, not impossibility. The problem is the mind not the problem.
Your emphasis on personal sovereignty over our actions is particularly enlightening. It's a refreshing counterpoint to the often-perceived limitations we place on ourselves.

The idea of having complete freedom in making decisions can be misleading. Our choices are often influenced by several factors such as our environment, upbringing, and the resources available to us. While it is crucial to stay optimistic and trust in our ability to make decisions, it's important to recognize that our minds are powerful tools that can impact our choices.

I firmly believe that taking ownership of our actions and decisions is a profound expression of self-love. By being responsible to ourselves, we demonstrate a deep care and respect for our own well-being. This mindset has a profound impact on our personal growth and progress in life. When we stumble, we acknowledge our mistakes, learn from them, and strive to improve. Conversely, when we achieve success, we acknowledge our efforts, celebrate our accomplishments, and use that momentum to propel ourselves towards even greater heights.

Achieving extreme self-discipline and spiritual fulfillment can be complex and may not solely depend on following a set of suggestions. Personal growth often involves various factors and might require more time and different approaches, if we put into consideration the complexities of different human and the power of choices and circumstances.

I'd acknowledge that while I have power over my decisions, I don't control the emotions and repercussions that come with them. The notion that everything is "infinitely easy," since it is a matter of choice, would allow me to accept responsibility for my actions without being overcome by fear or discomfort. However, it is vital to recognize that, while making a decision is straightforward, living with the repercussions can be difficult.
To answer the question, while the act of choosing may be simple, the emotional and physical implications of those choices can make the process appear difficult, even if it isn't.

If you can do it and it's simply a matter of choice, then it might be scary, uncomfortable, and even painful, but it's still infinitely easy, because it's just a matter of choice.
If you can't do it, then it is impossible. In that case, it's not hard; it's impossible.
Thus, nothing is hard. Nothing is difficult. Everything is either infinitely easy, or impossible.
I have read your book twice, and I will be picking it up again between March and May 2025. I admit the second reading allowed me to appreciate the concept better as I experimented with suggestions. I agree with what you explained about things being easy and doable or impossible.

Nothing is hard or difficult. Everything is either infinitely easy or impossible. I have been in your mentoring program and have been practicing a lot of your submissions. I thought about this and found that it is true.

OUR CHOICES
When we realize that our choices makes things easier, things will get easier and better for us. Feeling uneasy and frustrated doesn't make things hard, as explained. Our interpretations and mindset of such things makes it so. When we adjust our perception and mindset in this area, a lot of things beomes possible for us. This is a profound statement.

True: Nothing is hard. Things can be scary, painful, uncomfortable, sexually frustrating, and expensive, but not hard.
I believe this as emotions have a way of tricking ones mind, but each of us have a choice to be comfortable and choose what works for one. When you choose, you ultimately gravitate towards what one like or feel is right at that moment. The very same choice one here to be content with it or rather not choose it.
Standing firm in choices have a way of liberating ones mind.
It is indeed intensely easy. not hard.
