I agree with your stance. If you want to grasp an unfamiliar concept, you read, revise, and then practice. Of course, learning and unlearning take time, and not everyone gets it the first or second time. But to those who do, I don't think this is necessary if they already practice the principles in your book.

Indeed, this book deserves to be read nore than once. I have read it, and I will keep rereading it because of the quote and meaning sentences it contains. It is a good book to read.

I am glad I read this book. I learned about the defining traits that differentiate the real me from my ego. I have always held on to material things like clothes, money, jobs, and education, as my identity. Through this book, I have learned that these things can be stripped off, and I retain my identity. Good job.
