Something Tori Amos reminds me of - a lot of the most powerful and innovative music out there comes from people who seem like they're compressing radical amounts of internal and / or external pressure. The same I think is true for a lot of Goldie's genius and he acknowledged a fair amount of that in his London Real interview a year or two back.
