I've always had an interest in Philosophy. When I was in school, I dove into a lot of classes and ended up minoring in the subject, almost double majoring in it but at the time that didn't exist so I just took all the electives I could after satisfying my minor.

Which Philosopher or text started your journey into exploring Philosophy?

Actually I became interested in philosophy through my professional ethics work, thus my viewpoint tends towards the practical over the theoretical and especially the historical.

I first discovered philosophy when I found one of those general philosophy for beginners books. It turned out to be a half-decent introduction to the subject. I especially enjoyed metaphysics. And I'm still just as interested, even after nearly 60 years.
