Practically, absolutely, when the correct philosophy for science is adopted which is +/-=+/-.This can be proven psychologically.

We know that science is not founded on an atheistic philosophy of +=- and -=+ because we know that the equal but opposite electromagnetic forces in the cosmos don’t cancel out. So you can rule out all of generally accepted science for starters because it is founded upon this philosophy.

As nature uses binary code as the foundation for its communication language which is created by the interaction of equal but opposite electromagnetic forces then this provides further evidence that the cosmos and everything in it is more likely to have been intelligently designed.
