The reason why I am writing this is because I have just created a thread and feel uncertain how this may be treated with the new moderation role of premium members. For example, if someone who has premium membership dislikes my thread do they have the power to block it and prevent it from appearing on the site? I am wondering about the way in which people are being given 'expert' status simply because they have bought a particular book. In other words, do the people who have bought Scott's book or another book of the month have more sphere of influence than others?

This may give a bias of views on the site, especially as when I looked up Scott's book on my Kindle it did not even appear at all. So, it may become an exclusive site for Americans in particular and I am left wondering if the premium members are going to be given powers to moderate and censor discussion. I am in England and wish to participate on this site as an area of open philosophy discussion but unsure of the role and power of how premium members may be given privilege in overseeing this process.
