I would suggest again that this is what John 1:5 of the christian scriptures is referring to.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.The Gospel of John, unlike the other three Gospels, contains much poetry such as the above. 'The light' is Jesus and 'the darkness' is the sinful world. The tone of John 1.5 is devotion to Jesus Christ. John is not claiming that God did not create natural or moral evil, but that JC shows us how to behave ourselves in the face of moral evil.
We should compare good and bad otherwise we could not agree with the moral teaching of Jesus . After all, if God is the pancreator then God gave mankind the ability to reason. Ignorance and poor judgment is not in character with Jesus.
Jesus preached to both clever people and ignorant rustics. You are out of your depth, Joshua, and should not do theology unless you have studied it impartially. "Who hath ears to hear let him hear".
