That logic is utterly fallacious.

If it was valid, then the following would be valid:

The armed bank robbers only take money from people who have money.
Taking money from the system is voluntary.
Therefore, being robbed by armed bank robbers is voluntary.

Taking money from the system is voluntary.

I split the off-topic question into a separate topic in the off-topic section, where I then answered it, because to reply to the off-topic question in the original topic ("Is taxation by big non-local governments violent robbery?") would be a violation of the forum rules, namely rule G, and I do my best to adhere to the forum rules and stay on-topic in each topic.
