Does the same rule apply to reviews of proposed new topics?
If yes, how does a forum user distinguish between knowing his proposal for a forum topic has been rejected, or else knowing that it just hasn't been looked at?
I hate being in limbo. If I am not notified of having proposed topics rejected, then I stay in limbo. It's like being in purgatory forever, because there had been a reorg and your existence there had been forgotten.
